Upon relocating to New York, she expanded her artistic repertoire at the renowned Broadway Dance Center, where she trained in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, and Latin dance, and further refined her contemporary technique at the prestigious Alvin Ailey Dance School. As the Founder and Creative Director of SVJ Entertainment Productions Inc. DBA Sonalee Vyas Dance Company, Sonalee has built one of North America’s premier Bollywood dance production brands—widely recognized as the first professional Bollywood dance troupe in the region.
